FOTA contest awards, Northern Lights award presented Thursday

Amid the regularly scheduled awards presentations set for Thursday, Ed Mallett also was surprised with the Northern Lights Arts and Entertainment Award. As part of the 2013  Festival of the Arts, contest winners for photography, Haiku and tall tales also were announced.
