City commission discusses back payments on lease of space on city water tower

Mayor Mark Warba is giving Tucker Communications until 3 p.m. on Monday to agree to his conditional terms regarding the roughly $87,000 the company owes to the city. Tucker has leased space atop the city’s Perry Avenue water tower since 2007, but has never made a payment.
