Spirit week dress-up days announced

EVART — The first week of October brings a sense of excitement to many Evart Public Schools students as the week ends with homecoming. Leading up to Friday’s parade and game, and the crowning of homecoming royalty, is a week of dress-up days for the schools.

While Monday was class color day across the district, Tuesday is a bit different for each school. Elementary students can wear a hat to school on Tuesday, and at the middle school, students can dress in sports team attire. At the high school, students can celebrate Twin Day by dressing as one or a few of their peers.

Wednesday is Wild Side Day for all three schools, during which students can wear clothes with animal prints, or can show off their crazy socks at the elementary school. Thursday is Future Me Day at the elementary, Crazy Sock/Mismatch Day at the middle school and King Kong Day, during which girls are encouraged to dress in white while the guys dress in black, at the high school.

All students can show their Wildcat pride by dressing in school colors, blue and gold, on Friday.
