FSU hockey ready for MSU home-and-home series

The Ferris State University men’s ice hockey squad squares off against in-state rival Michigan State in a non-league home-and-home series this weekend. The Bulldogs face the Spartans on Friday (Nov. 17) starting at 7:05 p.m. (ET) in East Lansing before hosting MSU onn Saturday (Nov. 18) in the series finale at the Ewigleben Ice Arena beginning at 7:07 p.m. (ET).

The Bulldog Sports Network and flagship station Sunny 97.3 FM will carry both games live on local radio and online with Harrison Watt and Scott Vander Sloot on the call starting with the Johnson Automotive Pregame Show a half-hour prior to puck drop each day. Live video coverage will also be provided on a pay-per-view basis thru WCHA.TV in conjunction with Ferris State Television on Saturday while BTN2GO will carry Friday’s opener.

Saturday’s game will feature the Salvation Army’s “Red Kettle Kickoff” for charity and also include the annual Teddy Bear Toss in Big Rapids.
