Students at Ferris State University, with support from the school’s Center for Leadership, Activities and Career Services, attempted to set a Guinness World Record on Thursday for the most people blowing a chewing gum bubble at the same time. The current world record is 881. Officials at the school said it will not be known for some time whether or not the students set the mark, as Guinness calculates the total number of people who participated.
