Osceola County’s 77th District Court reports — Jan. 18, 2017

REED CITY — The following cases were heard this week in Osceola County’s 77th District Court. All cases might not be reported.

  • Joe Douglas Skaryd, 21, of Bannister, pleaded guilty to one count of use of marijuana and one count of operating with no license. He is sentenced to time served. He must complete 48 hours of community service as part of his sentence. He will be on probation for six months. He must complete the drug and alcohol treatment education program.
  • Jonathan Robert Hubble, 30, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license and was also found to have no proof of insurance. He is sentenced to time served. He must complete 100 hours of community service as part of his sentence.
  • Mark Jason Delisle, 44, of Luther, pleaded guilty to domestic violence. He is sentenced to time served. He must complete 32 hours of community service as part of his sentence. He will be on probation for one year. He must complete alternatives to violence classes.
  • Stanley Leon Vanderhoef, 53, of LeRoy, pleaded guilty to possession of a firearm while under the influence. He is sentenced to time served. He must complete 48 hours of community service as part of his sentence.
  • Phillip Roger Mullin, Jr., 45, of Big Rapids, pleaded guilty to use of marijuana. He is sentenced to 60 days in jail.
  • Jerry Lawrence Brinkley, 29, of Marion, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license. He must complete 24 hours of community service as part of his sentence. The vehicle used in the offense shall be immobilized or forfeited.
  • Bradley Louis Toth, 27, of Marion, pleaded guilty to one count of operating without insurance and one count of improper use of a license plate or registration. He is sentenced to time served. He must complete 24 hours of community service as part of his sentence.
  • Ashley Ann VanHouten, 24, of Cadillac, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated. She is sentenced to seven days in jail with one day credit. She will be on probation for one year. She must complete the alcohol highway safety education course.
  • Guy Howard Donley, 51, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired. He is sentenced to seven days in jail with one day credit. He is given the option to perform 48 hours of community service in lieu of jail. He must complete the alcohol highway safety education course.
  • Fredrick William Youngs, 50, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired. He is sentenced to seven days in jail with one day credit. He is given the option to perform 48 hours of community service in lieu of jail. He must complete the alcohol highway safety education course. He will be on probation for six months.
  • Adam Alan Archer, 25, of Big Rapids, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired. He is sentenced to time served. He must complete 48 hours of community service as part of his sentence. He must complete the alcohol highway safety education course.
  • John Andrew Londo, 31, of Evart, pleaded guilty to receiving and concealing stolen property. He is sentenced to 60 days in jail with nine days credit. He will be on probation for one year.
