Reed City man accused of stealing from Family Dollar



REED CITY — A Reed City man has been arraigned on more than a dozen charges related to stealing from his place of employment.

Adam Ripley, 28, is charged with 16 counts of larceny in a building.

According to court documents, Ripley allegedly took merchandise multiple times from the Family Dollar in Reed City.

All of Ripley’s charges are felonies. Larceny in a building carries a maximum punishment of four years in prison.

Bond for Ripley is set at $50,000. A preliminary examination is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 30, in Osceola County’s 77th District Court.
