Area residents get pets vaccinated at Pet Vaccination Day

Dr. Lawrence Witt gives a vaccination to John and Cindy Emerick’s dog, Clementine, on Saturday during a vaccination clinic at the Evart Department of Public Works garage. For a fee, Witt offered area residents the option to give their pets vaccinations. The Emericks have been taking there dog to the clinic for years. “Dr. Witt is just so good with the animals,” Cindy said. Attendees also could get their dog licenses from Osceola County Animal Control. Another clinic will be offered from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Jan. 27, at the Tustin Fire Department.
