Osceola County’s 77th District Court reports

REED CITY — The following cases were heard recently in Osceola County’s 77th District Court. All cases might not be reported.

• William Scott Gleason, 33, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license. He is ordered to pay fines and costs.

• Michelle Lee Jahlas, 47, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated. She is sentenced to 30 days in jail with three days credit. She is given the option of 90 days electronic monitoring or 60 days electronic monitoring plus completion of Impact weekend in lieu of jail. She will be on probation for two years.

• Charles Owen Rossetter, 25, of Crystal, pleaded guilty to one count of possession of marijuana and one count of driving with a suspended license. He is sentenced to 60 days in jail with 17 days credit. He will be on probation for six months. He must complete the drug and alcohol treatment education program. The vehicle used in the offense shall be immobilized or forfeited.

• Shiann Marie Ankney, 39, of Marion, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license. She is ordered to pay fines and costs.

• Jeanine Nichole Devio, 29, of Big Rapids, pleaded guilty to operating without insurance. She is ordered to complete 24 hours of community service. She must pay fines and court costs.

• David Daniel Montgomery, 44, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to disorderly person. He is sentenced to time served. He must complete 48 hours of community service.

• Steven James Neuman, 54, of Evart, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired. He is sentenced to 30 days in jail with one day credit. He is given the option of 90 days electronic monitoring or 60 days electronic monitoring plus completion of Impact weekend in lieu of jail. He will be on probation for two years.

• Jeremy Todd Swanson, 30, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to malicious destruction of property less than $200. He is sentenced to time served. He must pay restitution of $450.

• Danial Steven Thompson, 32, of Evart, pleaded guilty to trespassing. He is sentenced to time served.

• Kolton Allen Boyce, 18, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to domestic violence. He is sentenced to time served. He will be on probation for one year.

• Jonathan Rodriguez, 42, of Kentwood, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired. He is sentenced to seven days in jail with one day credit. He is given the option to perform 48 hours of community service in lieu of jail. He will be on probation for one year.

• Thomas Michael Hatzenbuhler, 53, of Marion, pleaded no contest to reckless driving. He is sentenced to time served.

• Ricky Allen Tompkins, 29, of Evart, pleaded guilty to one count of disorderly person and one count of attempted interference with an electronic communication. He is sentenced to 60 days in jail with 11 days credit. He will be on probation for one year.

• Wade JC Rice, 51, of Evart, pleaded no contest to one count of attempted stalking. He is sentenced to 180 days in jail with 158 days credit.

• Daniel John Wirth, 67, of Evart, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired. He is sentenced to 30 days in jail with three days credit. He is given the option of 90 days electronic monitoring or 60 days electronic monitoring plus completion of Impact weekend in lieu of jail. He will be on probation for two years.

• Amy Lyn Miscikoski, 27, of Sears, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license. She is sentenced to seven days in jail with two days credit. She is given the option to perform 40 hours of community service in lieu of jail. In a separate case, she pleaded guilty to use of oxycontin. She is sentenced to time served. She must complete 40 hours of community service. She will be on probation for one year.
