Baldwin woman sentenced on arson, fraud charges

BALDWIN — A Baldwin woman was sentenced to prison on Monday on arson charges. Chastity Bolling-Wert was sentenced to a minimum of 17 months and a maximum of 10 years in prison for committing arson at the Baldwin village office in 2006.
