Program kicks off United Way fund drive

The 2012 fund drive for United Way of Manistee County got started with a bang Thursday night — the bang of a drum, or should we say dozens of drums, as the Caledonia-based Strike Percussion Ensemble performed at the Little River Casino Resort as the first of a series of activities to kick off the fund drive.
