Brethren Boosters announce plans for Easter egg hunt

BRETHREN — The Brethren Boosters will host an Easter egg hunt for area children ages 12 and under on Saturday, March 23 at the Dickson Township Park from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Children will be able to hunt for Easter eggs in the following age groups: four and under at 11 a.m.; ages five to eight at 11:30 a.m.; and nine to 12 at noon. Children should have their own Easter baskets to put the eggs in.

Also, there will be Easter craft sessions taking place throughout the entire event and refreshments will be served.

In the event of inclement weather, all activities will be held inside the Dickson Township fire hall, located next to the park.

The Brethren Boosters is a non-profit organization that is always looking for new members and volunteers to make its projects successful. Throughout the year the Boosters host Brethren Days, prepare holiday dinners for local seniors and provide scholarships to graduates.
