The Big Ten released the league schedule for the 2015 football season on Monday, the last eight-game slate before moving to nine games in 2016.
Michigan opens at Maryland on Oct. 3 and closes at home against Ohio State on Nov. 28. The Wolverines don’t play Iowa, Illinois, Nebraska, Purdue nor Wisconsin.
Michigan State opens at home against Purdue on Oct. 3 and closes at home against Penn State on Nov. 28. The Spartans don’t play Iowa, Illinois, Minnesota, Northwestern nor Wisconsin.

The U-M vs. MSU game is Oct. 17 in Ann Arbor.
