Servpro, an industry leader in disaster cleanup, restoration and remediation services, welcomed a record number of franchisees to the convention. In addition to the awards ceremony, the convention offered more than 60 workshop sessions covering more than 30 different topics. The keynote speaker was former NBA player Walter Bond.

“Servpro Industries congratulates all of our award winners on their success,” said Sue Steen, Servpro chief executive officer. “We know that our leadership position in the marketplace is a direct result of the dedication and professionalism of our franchisees and their staffs. Hopefully, this year’s national convention provided all of our attendees with the latest intelligence about our company and our industry so they can continue to grow their businesses and support their customers with the best possible service.”
