COURT REPORT: Manistee County’s 85th District Court. All cases might not be reported.

The following cases were heard this week in Manistee County’s 85th District Court. All cases might not be reported.

• Ryan Robert Sandstedt, 23, of Manistee, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated. He was ordered to serve two day in jail and given credit for two days served. He also was ordered to pay $1,295 in fines and costs and will be on probation for two years.

• Roger Thomas Hall, 45, of Manistee, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated. He was ordered to serve one day in jail and given credit for one day served. He also was ordered to pay $1,200 in fines and costs and will be on probation for two years.

• Michael Paul Sandberg, 33, of Eastlake, was sentenced for writing a check with non-sufficient funds less than $100. He was ordered to serve one day in jail and given credit for one day served. He also was ordered to pay $1,085 in fines and costs and will be on probation for one year.

• Joshua Earl Wolfe, 28, of Manistee, pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace. He was ordered to pay $725 in fines and costs and will be on probation for one year.

• Audrey Rose Lamb, 23, of Grand Rapids, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license. She was ordered to pay $325 in fines and costs.

• Kyle Scott Janicki, 22, of Manistee, pleaded guilty to violating driver’s license restrictions. He was ordered to pay $325 in fines and costs.

• Casey James Hefferan, 21, of Rockford, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license. He was ordered to pay $285 in fines and costs.

• Anthony Lee Underwood, 35, of Battle Creek, pleaded guilty to disorderly/drunk in public. He was ordered to pay $675 in fines and costs and will be on probation for one year.

• John Paul Hurlburt, 18, of Manistee, was sentenced for third degree retail fraud and minor in possession of alcohol. He was ordered to pay $770 in fines and costs and will be on probation for one year.

• Kourtney Michael Fields, 31, of Evansville, Ind., pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated. He was ordered to serve four days in jail and given credit for four days served. He also was ordered to pay $1,545 in fines and costs and will be on probation for two years.

• John Wayne Oakley, 29, of Manistee, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated. He awaits sentencing.
