MANISTEE — Northwestern Bank has announced the promotion of Cyndy Fuller to vice president and market leader for Manistee and Mason counties.

Before joining Northwestern Bank in 2012 as market manager for the Ludington area, Fuller was executive director of the Alliance for Economic Success for Manistee County. Prior to that, she served as general manager and CFO of Harbor Village in Manistee. She has an extensive background in real estate, strategic planning, economic development and finance.

Fuller’s many community and volunteer positions have included serving as president of the West Shore Community College Foundation, president of the Manistee Economic Council and Chamber Alliance and as mayor of Manistee. Currently, she serves on the Manistee County Community Foundation and as chair of the board of The Historic Vogue Theatre of Manistee, a nonprofit organization created to raise funds to restore the theatre. She also sits on the board of directors for United Way of Mason County and is a SCORE Mentor in Ludington.
