COURT REPORT: Manistee County’s 85th District Court

The following cases were heard the week of July 14 in Manistee County’s 85th District Court. All cases might not be reported.

• Jason Lamont Beasley, 39, of Manistee, was sentenced for domestic violence, second offense. He was ordered to serve 68 days in jail and credited with 68 days served. He was also ordered to pay $825 in fines and costs and will be on probation for two years.

• Joseph Michael Tyler, 28, of Manistee, pleaded guilty to possessing drug paraphernalia and police officer/assaulting, resisting or obstructing. He was ordered to serve 82 days in jail and to pay $475 in fines and costs. He was credited with 82 days served.

• Janet Kay Heuer, 55, of Laporte, Ind., pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated. She was ordered to serve two days in jail and credited with two days served. She also was ordered to pay $800 in fines and costs and will be on probation for two years.

• Brady Allen Rousch, 40, of Irons, pleaded guilty to reckless use of a firearm. He was ordered to pay $980 in fines and costs and will be on probation for two years.

• Arlene Gina Henry, 55, of Livonia, pleaded no contest to disorderly conduct/jostling. She was ordered to serve two days in jail and credited with two days served. She also was ordered to pay $575 in fines and costs and will be on probation for two years.

• Amanda Lea Quake, 25, of Bear Lake, pleaded guilty to operating without insurance. She was ordered to pay $425 in fines and costs.

• Austin Edward White-Cole, 19, of Manistee, was sentenced for being a minor operating with any BAC. He was ordered to pay $945 in fines and costs and will be on probation for six months.

• Andrew Paul Evans, 17, of Bear Lake, pleaded guilty to operating an unregistered vehicle. He was ordered to pay $225 in fines and costs.
