Baldwin man arrested for criminal sexual conduct

BALDWIN — Following an investigation by the Michigan State Police Hart Post, a Baldwin man is in police custody on several criminal sexual conduct charges.

Bronson Lee Draper, 31, of Baldwin was arrested on Thursday; he’s been been arraigned on two counts of criminal sexual conduct (CSC) first degree; CSC with intent to commit sexual penetration, CSC second

degree; and surveilling an unclothed person.

On July 13, troopers started an investigation on Draper after learning that he may have had sexual relations with several females who were under the age of 16. The investigation revealed that the crimes occurred over a three year period, according to a statement from the MSP.

Draper faces up to life in prison if convicted of these crimes. He is lodged in Lake County Jail; bond is set at $100,00cash or surety.
