Manistee County comes out for Halloween despite weather

The weather was far from ideal Saturday as conditions stayed wet and windy through most of the area’s Halloween events. Manistee County, however, came out in droves to celebrate the holiday nonetheless.

From the demolition derby at the Manistee County Fairgrounds to the Filer Township parade and all the tricks and treats in between, Halloween was in full swing and its spirit could be felt, despite the raindrops.
