Ludington man arraigned on Fentanyl possession charges

LUDINGTON — Tyler Joel Griffin, a 24-year-old Ludington man, was arraigned on Dec. 10 in the 78th District Court for possession of Fentanyl, according to a release from the State, Sheriffs, Chiefs Enforcement Narcotics Team (SSCENT).

Members of the Ludington City Police Department assisted SSCENT detectives with the arrest of Griffin.

Possession of Fentanyl is a felony punishable by up to four years in prison and/or a $25,000 fine.

SSCENT is a multi-jurisdictional task force that serves Manistee, Mason, Oceana, and Lake counties.
