Ski season winds down at Crystal Mountain

THOMPSONVILLE — Visitors at Crystal Mountain Resort and Spa enjoyed a “retro” weekend Saturday and Sunday as the ski resort prepares to wind down for the season.

Visitors and skiers dressed in their best “retro” costumes for the day. Events included a silly slalom, a costume contest, a Rubik’s Cube competition, “retro” music trivia and outdoor laser tag.

During the afternoon, visitors enjoyed burgers slope-side and listen to “retro” tunes.

Trails will close for the season at 4:30 p.m on Sunday.

Afterward, visitors can tee off on the Betsie Valley Course; pamper themselves at Crystal Spa; or conquer the Edge Adventure Course.
