45 Girl Scouts move up ranks after ceremony

The Girl Scouts of Manistee County held its third annual Service Unit Bridging Ceremony at on June 3 at Camp Little Deer in Manistee.

A bridging ceremony is the end event to a series of activities introducing girls to what is ahead in Girl Scouts. The girls receive awards, pins and badges to symbolize their passage from one program age level to another.

45 Girl Scouts from throughout Manistee County bridged to the next level of scouting, from the youngest Daisies to the oldest bridging to adult Girl Scouts.
