Forest attracts many

That the Manistee National Forest, still in the embroyonic state, is attracting thousands of tourists, is shown by a traffic survey made by CCC workers at the southern entrances to the forest. The check made Sunday, Aug. 2, showed that on that day 1,802 cars, carrying 4,763 passengers were on their way into the forest to fish, camp, or perhaps just to “look around”.
