BRETHREN — In honor of International Women’s Day, the Spirit of the Woods Music Association presented a concert to celebrate women songwriters on Saturday night at Browntown Hall.

The show featured a lineup of Michigan musicians performing both originals and covers of influential female artists.

Performers included Mary Sue Wilkinson with Roger Brown; Annie Capps with Rod Capps; Sally Potter; Darcy Wilkin; and Marlene Wood.

International Women’s Day was celebrated on March 8.
