POLICE BLOTTER: Structure fire, domestic violence reported in Manistee

MANISTEE — The following reports were made to the City of Manistee Police from Nov. 27 to Monday.

• A suspicious situation was reported on Nov. 27 at the 600 block of Fairview Ave.

• A felony domestic investigation and arrest was reported at the 400 block of First St. on Nov. 29. The suspect was lodged in the Manistee County Jail.

• Deputies and fire personnel responded to reports of a structure fire on Nov. 29 at the 200 block Sixth St.

• Deputies responded to reports of a suicidal subject on Nov. 29 at the 200 block of First St.

• Reports of verbal abuse and domestic assault were reported, and one arrest was made for a probation violation on Friday at the 500 block Davis St.

• Reports were made for a dog running at large at First and Maple streets.

• An operating while intoxicated arrest was made on Friday at Maple and Water streets.

• A MDP investigation was reported at the 200 block of Sixth St. on Friday.

• Deputies responded to a domestic violence investigation on Saturday at 100 Holly Ct. in Manistee.

• Three counts of resisting and obstructing an officer were reported on Sunday at Magill Street and Fairview Avenue.

• Retail fraud and a minor in possession was reported on Sunday at 70 Cypress St.

• A civil matter was reported at the 300 block of Eighth St. on Monday.
