BIG RAPIDS — A sea of red and blue flowed through downtown Big Rapids on Friday as the Big Rapids High School homecoming parade traveled down Michigan Avenue.

Parents, students and friends cheered as each float passed by. On-lookers waived to those in the parade, including sports teams, homecoming candidates, the Big Rapids High School Marching Band and more.

The Cardinals faced the Morley Stanwood High School Mohawks under the lights of Top Taggart Field at Ferris State University.
