Pheasants Forever banquet set for March 23

BIG RAPIDS — The 19th annual banquet of Mecosta County Pheasants Forever is set for March 23 at the Eagles Hall in Big Rapids.

Social hour is 4 p.m. and dinner at 6 p.m.

This year’s banquet again features a selection of guns, wildlife prints, many unique auction, raffle, and door prizes. New this year is the Browning 5 Gun Raffle.

Ticket prices are $65 for the banquet dinner and membership. Youth tickets (15 years old and under) are $30, which includes dinner and a Ringneck membership.

A $145 banquet package is available plus a sponsor package.

There will be an early bird drawing for those who return the registration form with payment by March 1.

Pre-registration is required. Registration deadline is March 19. Tickets are not available at the door.

If you are unable to attend but would like to become a member or renew your membership, please send a completed registration form back with the $35 membership fee.

Deer management banquet scheduled for March 2

BIG RAPIDS — The Costabella Quality Deer Management first hunters banquet is set for March 2 at the Eagles Lodge in Big Rapids. Doors are open at 5:30 p.m. and dinner served at 7 p.m.

There will be a live and silent auction, raffles, gun raffles, games and dinner.

Ticket packages are available through Costabella QDMA Branch members.
