Getting close to nature

SMILING ANIMALS AND AFTERNOON SNACKS: Living in a rural area, residents of Mecosta County have neighbors that many in the city don’t often get to see, and all it takes is to step outdoors to see them. Granted, getting close can be tricky as these neighbors are a bit skiddish but, with a long enough lens and a little luck, this photographer took part of Wednesday afternoon to get some quick photos of the animals who live all too near to us.
