Key West Permafrost Blues Band entertains audience for Music on the River


Dozens of area residents brought their lawn chairs to Bromley Park in Mecosta on Friday night for the kickoff concert of Music on the River. Key West Permafrost Blues Band began the night with a performance of “Mustang Sally.” The band continued to play a variety of upbeat tunes throughout the show, getting the audience to bop along to the beats. In its 16th season, the Music on the River concerts, hosted by┬áMecosta Revitalization, will continue throughout the summer.┬áConcerts will begin at 7 p.m. on Fridays.
