TUSTIN — Law enforcement officials are looking for the suspect who robbed the Lake-Osceola State Bank Friday morning in Tustin.

According to Osceola County Undersheriff Justin Halladay, the suspect came into the bank around 11:40 a.m. Friday, showed a gun and demanded money.

“We believe he came to the location on a bike and possibly returned to the bike (after the robbery) and then went on the White Pine Trail,” he said, adding officials are looking at the possibility the suspect left the trail and received a ride.

The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the robbery with the Michigan State Police.

It is unknown how much money was taken from the bank.

The suspect is believed to be a man, who wore a black coat, blue jeans and had a black mask and hand gun.

If anyone has information about the robbery, they should contact the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office at (231) 832-2288 or the Michigan State Police.
