Green Township trustees to host public hearing on proposed budget

GREEN TWP. — Members of the community are invited to weigh in on the proposed budget for Green Township next week.

The Green Township Board of Trustees will host a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 12, at 21431 Northland Drive, Paris, and through a remote call from Island Winds East No. 411, 333 W. Beach Blvd., Gulf Shores, Alabama, to accommodate a trustee who will be out of town during the meeting.

Among the topics to be discussed will be the proposed property tax millage rate to be levied to support the township budget.

The board will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services to individuals with disabilities at the public hearing upon five days notice to township clerk Janet Clark.
