Osceola County COA offering Matter of Balance class

REED CITY — The Osceola County Commission on Aging is hosting the Matter of Balance program later in early April.

Designed to help manage falls and increase activity levels in seniors, the free program consists of eight two-hour sessions to take place from 10 a.m. to noon on Wednesdays, beginning April 3 through May 22.

The classes will take place at Meadowview Village, 802 Mill St., in Reed City.

Class size is limited and those who wish to participate are required to register.
