Osceola County commissioners to discuss MSU Extension annual report

OSCEOLA COUNTY — During the Osceola County Board of Commissioners Committee of the Whole meeting at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 16, members of the board are expected to hear the Michigan State University Extension 2018 annual report.

The report will cover program highlights in topics such as 4-H youth development, agriculture and disease prevention.

Also during the meeting, commissioners are expected to discuss:

• Appointments to the parks commission;

• A senior holiday luncheon for the Commission on Aging;

• Updating the transportation policy and volunteer program description for the COA; and

• The wage for the county’s sheriff deputy.
