Osceola County’s 77th District Court reports

REED CITY — The following cases were heard recently in Osceola County’s 77th District Court. All cases may not be reported.

• Alicia Marie Bracey, 36, of Marion, pleaded guilty to one count of use of a controlled substance (misdemeanor) and one count of accosting and soliciting. She was sentenced to 180 days in jail for the count of use of a controlled substance (misdemeanor) and given credit for serving 180 days. Bracey also was sentenced to 33 days in jail for the count of accosting and soliciting and given credit for serving 33 days. She must pay fines and court fees.

• Brandon Christopher Lamond, 27, of Evart, pleaded guilty to one count of operating while visibly impaired. He was sentenced to seven days in jail and given credit for serving one day. Lamond must complete one year probation and can elect to complete 48 hours of community service in lieu of jail. He also must pay fines and court fees.

• Ronald Allen Price, 45, of Gladwin, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired and failing to maintain equipment. He was sentenced to seven days in jail for both charges and given credit for serving one day for each. Price must complete one year probation and can elect to complete 48 hours of community service in lieu of jail. He also must pay fines and court fees.

• Angela Marie Geer, 38, of Evart, pleaded guilty to attempted disorderly person/jostling. She was sentenced to 18 days in jail and given credit for serving 18 days. Geer also must pay fines and court fees.

• Larry Alan Grochowalski, 43, of LeRoy, pleaded guilty to domestic violence and driving while license was suspended or revoked. He was sentenced to 93 days in jail for each count and given credit for serving 29 days for each. Grochowalski must pay fines and court fees.
